Delivery and Returns
- Made to order and preorder items requires a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks upon placing an order to be ready for dispatch. For details, see individual item description.
- All readily available stocks will be dispatched out within 3 working days.
- With effect from 1 April, under normal circumstances, deliveries will only be made with DHL or FedEx. All delivery timeframe will be shortened to 7 to 10 working days upon receiving your tracking number. Exceptions on accessories only purchases.
- TheHanfuStory is not responsible for delays due to customs and we are not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. However, please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Domestic & International Returns
- We strictly do not accept any returns or refunds for made to order, preorder and sale items.
- We have a no refund policy, however, we will do our best to assist you in exchange for another product of your choice.
- All items are quality checked on return. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition without prior agreement, we are unable to proceed with the refund.
- Please make sure that the tags are not removed.
- Please contact us at email@example.com for all other returns or refunds enquiries. We will respond to you within 3-5 working days. TheHanfuStory reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
