Order Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

For readily available items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before the item is shipped. 

For preorder items, the processing time may vary between 1-5 weeks and is indicated in the product description. Please refer to the stated timeframe under the product description for an estimate of how long it will take to process the preorder item.

If there is an issue with your order, we will notify you via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Methods: We ship with DHL or FedEx for express shipping, ensuring a speedy delivery within 5-7 working days. For standard shipping, we rely on China Post and USPS, with an estimated transit time of 2-3 weeks.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number to track your package.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their own countries. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are beyond our control.

How to care for your Hanfu?

Washing:

• Hanfu garments are delicate, especially due to embroidery, so handwashing is preferred.
• If you choose to machine wash, use the gentlest cycle and place the garment in a laundry bag for protection.
• After washing, hang the Hanfu indoors in a well-ventilated area to dry.
• Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

Storage:

• Store your Hanfu in breathable fabric garment bags to protect it.
• Avoid hanging Hanfu for long periods, as it may stretch the fabric. Instead, carefully fold the garments and store them flat or stack them neatly in a storage container.
