We offer free shipping to over 60+ countries.

Shipping Methods: 

We ship with DHL or FedEx for express shipping, ensuring a speedy delivery within 5-7 working days (non-peak). For standard shipping, we rely on China Post and USPS, with an estimated transit time of 2-3 weeks. TheHanfuStory shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Potential processing and shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods (seasonal sales and holiday periods) adverse weather conditions, flight availability, processing facility staff shortages, and temporary closures.

While we strive to provide efficient shipping services, we want to clarify that TheHanfuStory is not liable for any delays that occur during the transit of your order. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.

If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please double-check that the submitted shipping address is correct and contact your local postal service.

Please note we can no longer lodge order investigations for orders older than 2 weeks past your suggested delivery date.

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number to track your package.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or expedite the shipping process.

It is the customer's responsibility to track and manage the successful delivery of their order.

TheHanfuStory is not responsible for delayed, stolen, or missed deliveries. This includes failure to collect orders within allocated time frames from designated collection points.

For real-time delivery updates on international orders, including possible delays, customs clearance, and attempted or final deliveries, we strongly recommend utilizing your country's local postal tracking services in addition to DHL or China Post tracking. 

Customs Duties and Taxes:

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and customs charges may be levied by the destination country.

Customs charges (import duties/taxes/clearance fees) are NOT included in your order and will be payable upon delivery by the recipient.

While we make our best efforts to maintain low international shipping costs, please be aware that your country's import fees are beyond our control. 
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their own countries. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are beyond our control.

Refused shipments due to non-payment of customs charges will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates, if any, are calculated at checkout. For purchases above $250, complimentary shipping is provided. Discounts will be applied automatically.

For orders that include any preorder items (as indicated in the product description under processing timeframe), the entirety of your order will be retained and dispatched once the preorder item becomes available in stock.

If you prefer to receive separate shipments, you will be required to make two separate online orders, which might incur shipping costs for each order.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
