Customs Duties & Taxes

1. General Policy
All shipments are subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes as determined by the recipient’s local customs authorities. Such charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are beyond the control of the seller.

2. Refusal of Customs Duties
If customs duties or taxes are refused or unpaid at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to the sender or destroyed. In such cases:

  • No refund or cancellation will be provided.

  • Any penalties, fines, or charges imposed by the courier due to the return or destruction of the package are borne solely by the recipient.

  • The recipient is responsible for monitoring the delivery status and ensuring that all duties or taxes are paid promptly.

By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this clause.

3. Additional Notice for U.S. Shipments (Effective May 2, 2025)
