Once your exchange request is approved, please ship the item back to our facility at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Upon receiving the item, we will carefully inspect it and process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Fees and Custom Duties:

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping fees and any customs duties associated with both the return of the original item and the shipment of the exchanged item. These fees are non-refundable.


Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for exchange, including accessories such as earrings, custom-made, bridal, or personalized items, items purchased during sales, or items categorized as 'Under $99'.
