Exchange Policy 

We want you to love your Hanfu! But we understand that sometimes the fit might not be quite right. 

How to Request an Exchange

If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us at hanfu.dream@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Once your exchange request has been approved, please kindly ship the item back to us within 5 days. Delayed returns may not be accepted, so we recommend sending it out as soon as possible to ensure a smooth process.

Sending Your Item Back

You’ll need to return the item to our facility at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process the exchange within 3–5 business days.

Shipping & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to the return and the new exchange item.

  • Any customs duties or taxes involved are also the customer’s responsibility.

Product Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or item is no longer in stock, you may select a different item of equal value as a replacement.

Limitations on Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange per order to help keep costs low.

Exchange for a Different Item

Please note that exchanges are limited to size changes only. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange for a different item. 

Pay for a Replacement Instead of Return Shipping

We understand that shipping from some parts of the USA can be costly, so we’re offering a flexible exchange option for you. For just 50% of the item price, we’ll send you a replacement in the correct size, with no additional shipping fees (custom duties not included).

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

For hygiene, customization, or promotional reasons, some items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale items and/or discounted products

  • Custom-made, bridal, or personalized items

  • All Accessories
