We do not accept returns at the moment.

At our store, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. We strive for complete customer satisfaction.

In certain cases, a refund may be applicable even if there is no manufacturer's fault. We will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate course of action.

However, please note that we strictly do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer.
  • Damage caused by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear from use.
  • Items purchased during sales.
  • Items from our 'Under $99' category.
  • Custom-made, bridal, or personalized items.
  • Earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
