Unavailable Item
Policy: Item Unavailability After Checkout
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock at the time of purchase. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item may become unavailable after you have completed your order. In such instances, the following policy applies:
1. Notification
If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 48 hours via email. You will then have the option to:

Cancel the unavailable item and receive a full refund; or

Select an alternative item of your choice.
2. Refunds
If you elect to cancel the unavailable item:

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the same credit card, PayPal account, or other payment service used at checkout.
3. Alternative Item Selection
If you choose to receive an alternative item:

We may recommend a similar or upgraded product as a substitute; or

You may select another item of equal value.
4. Communication
We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates regarding item availability or alternative options.
