Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping to over 60 countries worldwide when you purchase three (3) or more items in a single order. Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • Express Shipping
    Delivered via UPS, DHL or FedEx, typically within 5–7 business days.
    For certain addresses, EMS may be used at our discretion.
  • Standard Shipping
    Shipped via China Post and USPS, estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks.
  • Special Line (Singapore & Malaysia)
    Orders shipped via a dedicated line, arriving within 5–7 business days.

Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time:
    • Ready stock: ships in 3–5 business days.
    • Preorders: ship on the release date or as stated in the product description.
    • Mixed orders: shipped together once preorder is ready.
  • Split Shipment Option:
    Ship ready stock first for USD 25 extra. Contact us to arrange.
  • Tracking number sent by email once your order is shipped.
  • No cancellation and/or expedite once dispatched.

Delivery times may be affected by holidays, peak sales, flight delays, customs, and weather.

Europe: France, Germany, UK, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, etc.

North America: USA, Canada

Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

  • Standard: 15-20 business days
  • Express: 5–8 business days

2. Normal Shipping Regions

Asia: Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Laos, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

Europe: Belarus, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine

Africa: Egypt, South Africa

Americas: Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Hawaii

  • Standard: 15–30 business days

3. Remote Shipping Regions

  • All other countries (no free shipping)
  • Delivery: 20–40 business days
  • Remote addresses may not be deliverable.
  • Extra charges may apply via Global Mail Service.
  • Undeliverable orders will not be refunded.
  • Examples: Alaska, Guam, APO/FPO, overseas islands (e.g. Réunion).

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

    • Customers must track and ensure successful delivery.

    • Parcels not collected from pickup points are not refundable.

    Full Satisfaction Guarantee

    If shipping takes more than 35 business days for readily available items, you may request:

    • Full refund (with return), OR

    • Free replacement.

    • Exceptions: weather, customs delays, strikes.

    If you choose to return in these cases, return shipping is non-refundable.
