Unavailable Item
When an Item Becomes Unavailable After You’ve Checked Out
We do our best to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and available. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases, we follow the policy below:
1. Notification
If an item is found to be unavailable after your order is received, we will notify you within 48 hours via email. You will have the option to:
- Cancel the unavailable item and receive a refund, or
- Choose an alternative item
2. Refund
If you choose to cancel:
- A full refund of the unavailable item will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the same credit card, PayPal account, or payment service used at checkout.
3. Alternative Item
If you switch to another product:
- We may recommend a similar or upgraded item as a substitute, or you're welcome to choose another item of equal value yourself.
4. Communication
- We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates on the item's availability or alternative options.
