Shipping Methods: 

We ship with DHL or FedEx for express shipping, ensuring a speedy delivery within 5-7 working days. For standard shipping, we rely on China Post and USPS, with an estimated transit time of 2-3 weeks. TheHanfuStory shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number to track your package.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

While we make our best efforts to maintain low international shipping costs, please be aware that your country's import fees are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their own countries. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are beyond our control.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates, if any, are calculated at checkout. For purchases above $250, complimentary shipping is provided. Discounts will be applied automatically.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. After filing a claim, you can also reach out to us with your case number.
